Hello! I'm Len Conly, and I would like to be your partner in success. I've been a licensed realtor for over Sixteen years and have achieved recognition for the past ten years as one of the top 1% of all Weichert agents. During those in years, I have closed over $200 million in transactions
I was born in a suburb of Philadelphia but spent most of my formative years growing up in Bermuda, where I participated in such sports as rugby, cricket and soccer. I came back to the northeastern U.S. where I attended college in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, earning a B.S. degree in Psychology from Moravian College. I then spent three years in the army and lived in Missouri, Virginia (where I attended combat engineering Officer's Candidate School and earned a commission as a 2nd lieutenant) and Oklahoma. Following my stint in the army, I came back to New Jersey and began what was to be a 17-year career in manufacturing and materials management for Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company. Always having a desire to own my own business, I started a printing business in Hunterdon County before ultimately joining the Weichert team of professionals in the early 1990s.
My wife, Barbara, and I designed and built our home in Alexandria Township here in Hunterdon County where we enjoy sitting on our deck overlooking a beautiful valley and the faraway Delaware River. I have two grown sons who both attended Hunterdon County schools and competed as State champions in high school scholastic wrestling. They both earned their college degrees with the assistance of a wrestling collegiate scholarship. As they were growing up, I participated on various school boards and coached their Little League and soccer teams. One of my sons went on to become a teacher in the Delaware Valley School District here in Hunterdon County.
I have enjoyed running and biking the beautiful roads of Hunterdon County and fishing in its pristine streams and reservoirs. I love sports and have participated in numerous triathlons and three marathons. My home keeps me busy in my "free time," but as a full-time realtor dedicated to being available to meet my customers' needs, I have very little discretionary time these days although I am an active Hospice Volunteer.
I would look forward to working with YOU on a full-time basis to find your perfect home, to sell your existing home or to help you relocate to this corner of beautiful Western New Jersey. Give me a call so that we can become partners in success!
