"We Would Highly Recommend Len"
We have just recently completed our third transaction via Len Conly in the past eight months. We initially purchased an investment property through Len. Subsequently we were able to make a winning bid for our current home because we received a notice from Len early in the day that a price reduction was taken. Len then put us into touch with the right mortgage person to pull the two ends together and ensure the deal. We then went on to sell our current house visa Len this fall in a difficult market. Through all of these events, Len was there when we needed him and was able to give us timely advise in order to make all of this happen.
